Some Disassembly Required

During work on the Exile 13 project, Frequency 13 was brought in to work on Some Disassembly Required on an as needed basis. SDR was outlined as a ground up project to produce data panic and overload through a variety of mediums. The first, and to date only piece they have produced solely for the SDR project has been Atomic13 which has been billed as an "educational" piece. Atomic13 itself is a much more sample heavy piece than the band usually produces and has a rather darker atmosphere to it.

One problem encountered in the SDR project has been the instructions themselves are considered part of the project leaving them subject to the same rules. Most departments brought in to work on SDR have complained extensively that they can make no clear understanding about what it is they should be doing. Frequency 13 had gone out on a limb and made a guess as to what to produce and were the first group to actually finish on entire component. Positive Contact decided to run several test cases and contracted with Backwards Compatable Publishing to put out a series of blog entries in what they were considering to be the SDR format while BrilliantTrash Imaging has been still floundering around trying to decide what direction to take for themselves.

Frequency 13 still actively works on the SDR project.
