Radio Is My Bomb
This section is going to take awhile to put together and is the last part which will probably be finished. Please Stand By.
In late 199X - 200X R. Decline and Flux operated "pirate" radio station out of the back of their apartment for many years. They broadcast out not only music generaly not played on regular commercial radio but also began broadcasting political rants, interviews, frequency13 and SF practice sessions, as well as local bands. This station was of course named "Frequency 13" which added to some confusion over the name and just what it applied to. Decline who began with little care about the politics behind keeping the FM spectrum out of people's hands soon found himself advocating for microbroadcasting rights and has remained a staunch supporter or low power FM broadcasting. During his time with the Madratz! Infoshop he began working on a zine which quickly flew out of control in size and information around pirate radio. It was never quite finished, but using some quick and dirty templates he compiled the info taken from various sources into a HTML document for download and viewing offline. Titled 1-Watt Revolution, it can be found below.
